Short film based on the Polari Prize winning debut novel "The Whale Tattoo" by Jon Ransom. JOE follows a troubled young man haunted by the premonitions of a dead whale and a ghost he can't escape. As the river taunts him and old threats close in, he's forced to face his deepest fears--and fight for his life.
